We are looking for an osteopathic practitioner to join our busy clinic Madrona Integrative Health on Salt Spring Island, B.C.!
The Madrona vision is to offer patient-centred care to the Salt Spring community and our visitors. We are passionate about bridging evidence-based methodologies with the wisdom of ancient healing modalities, as well as practical and intuitive ways of knowing. We work collaboratively and offer modalities that address all layers of health, from physical, to mental/emotional, to spiritual. We aim to be a compassionate, patient-centered, inclusive, and trauma-informed space.
Our current team consists of 3 naturopathic physicians, 2 midwives, 2 chiropractors, 2 counsellors, 1 registered massage therapist, and 1 acupuncturist.
We value the mind-body connection, and believe that nervous system work as well as musculoskeletal and viserceral manipulation are essential to health. We would love to have an osteopathic practitioner join us in supporting our patients & clients. We can support you to build a thriving practice here on Salt Spring Island.
We are looking for a practitioner who wants to be part of a collaborative team - at Madrona you can work with practitioners who can support clients in their other areas of need. Our patients & clients love that we communicate about their care, the consistent professionalism and quality of our practitioners and stellar admin team, and the ease of having their appointments in one centrally located downtown location.
A unique opportunity to Salt Spring Island is that the community really needs another osteopathic practitioner! The two practitioners here currently are highly valued and very busy. A unique challenge to Salt Spring is it can be difficult to find housing - we are happy to dialogue with you about strategies here.
